Sana is an experienced personal injury solicitor. She specialises in dealing with claims arising from road traffic accidents and advises individuals as well and insurance companies in relation to their claims. She also has experience dealing with uninsured loss claims and credit hire. Sana deals with claims from the initial discussion through to the conclusion of the case by negotiating settlements or proceeding to litigation.
Sana has vast experience in dealing with defender cases in the past and has acted for some of the UK’s largest insurance companies.
She primarily deals with cases in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh.
