At Harper Macleod we take our core values seriously, including behaving responsibly and ethically. We are fully committed to complying with all legislation and appropriate guidelines designed to prevent financial crime and to combat money laundering activity and the funding of terrorist or criminal activity. Harper Macleod is committed to fulfilling its duties and obligations under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 and our internal policies, procedure and staff training programmes are designed to ensure full compliance. The firm conducts client due diligence at the beginning of the business relationship and this risk assessment is thereafter monitored on an ongoing basis for all transactions.
