Due to the continued expansion of our work we are looking for individual to join our property practice primarily in connection with our work for a leading UK multi-utility company. The role can be geared towards an English qualified solicitor, or an English qualified paralegal/commercial conveyancer.

You should have at least four years' PQE and will deal with all aspects of Wills, Trusts, Executries, Adults with Incapacity matters and Estate Planning (to include Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax issues). Being STEP qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful, although is not essential.

Senior Residential Property Lawyer, InvernessAs a result of continued investment in and expansion of our residential property team we are recruiting in our Inverness office for an experienced residential property lawyer. The right candidate could be someone at senior solicitor, associate or Partner level.
