Olivia joined Harper Macleod as a modern apprentice and continues her work with QA Scotland as an Apprenticeship Ambassador. While working with the firm Olivia has completed her apprenticeship and Paralegal qualification.
Over the years Olivia has built up experience working with customers to guide and support them through the claims process. Olivia specialises in pursuing road traffic accident claims.
