Keni is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team. He advises clients in a variety of civil and commercial matters including property-related disputes, professional negligence claims, actions for defamation, sports disputes, contract disputes and complex debt recovery actions. Additionally, he has acted in many intellectual property disputes, such as breach of copyright, trademark infringement, passing off, and domain name disputes.
Keni appears regularly in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has instructed and worked alongside Junior and Senior Counsel in actions litigated in the Court of Session. He is solution driven and collaborates with his clients to achieve positive outcomes in the most cost-effective ways. He has also represented clients during mediation and in other alternative dispute resolution platforms, including at the World Intellectual Property Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
As well as commercial litigation, Keni has experienced working within the Banking and Public Sector Property teams during his traineeship. Keni also has the benefit of having worked as a paralegal in the Intellectual Property and Debt & Asset Recovery teams, prior to qualifying as a solicitor.
