Christina is an experienced personal injury solicitor, who primarily deals with advising individuals in relation to pursuing claims and court actions. She has extensive experience in dealing with employers’ liability, public liability, road traffic, asbestos-related disease and medical negligence cases. She has also dealt with defender work in the past, acting for some of the UK’s largest insurance companies. She is therefore familiar with the tactics employed by both sides and uses this knowledge and experience to obtain the best possible results for her clients.
Christina regularly appears in sheriff courts throughout Scotland, including the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh and has dealt with several high value cases, a number of which have settled for six-figure sums.
