Gavin Aitken

Gavin is a Solicitor in our Personal Injury & Reparation team. Gavin’s work to date has focused on litigation and he is confident acting for either pursuer or defender in the Sheriff Court and assisting with complex injury claims raised in the Court of Session.

He is experienced in dealing with all types of personal injury claims including employer, public, road traffic, and occupier liability claims. Alongside this, Gavin has experience in dealing with claims arising from accidents abroad and is familiar with group litigation rules.

Gavin has experience appearing in the Sheriff Court and is confident working alongside counsel when actions are raised in the Court of Session.

Additionally, Gavin is a Notary Public.
