Sam Dillon

Sam is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology team. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his LLB and an LLM in intellectual property at the University of Glasgow, following which he undertook his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Sam has experience in working with various forms of IP protection including trademarks, brand management, anti-counterfeiting and commercial contracts. He is also well-acquainted with other areas of intellectual property including copyright, patents and design rights. Much of his LLM research consisted of undertaking an analysis of the varying standards of copyright protection found in multiple international jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, European Union and USA.
