Frances is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
She has appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has assisted on high value complex Court of Session cases, mainly in the commercial court. Frances has been involved in commercial and corporate disputes, in addition to disputes between individuals, including property related disputes and contentious wills.
As part of her traineeship, Frances has also worked in both the Commercial Property team and Rural Land team. She assisted on a large number of transactions including sales, acquisitions and commercial leases.
Prior to joining the firm, Frances obtained an MA in Modern History from the University of St Andrews and completed her LLB and Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow. She completed a summer placement with the firm in 2018.
