OUR TEAM
Zara is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Banking & Finance team. She supports the team in providing advice and assistance to both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of corporate banking transactions. Zara also has experience in reviewing and drafting standard form and bespoke lending, security and guarantee documentation for many lenders within the UK market.
As well as assisting the Banking team, Zara also assists Gordon Hollerin in advising administrators, liquidators and creditors on restructuring & insolvency processes.
Prior to joining the firm as a Trainee Solicitor, Zara was a Legal Assistant within the Banking & Finance team. Zara completed both her LLB and Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow.
