Wendy provides advice to clients on legislation and statutory interpretation, the powers and duties of public bodies, good corporate governance and getting decisions right first time. She also advises on complaints processes and investigations.
Her extensive knowledge of data protection and information law means that she is able to work with clients to provide practical solutions to presenting issues.
Wendy is a tutor at the University of Strathclyde where she provides training on data protection and information law in the public sector.
