Mary Catherine is a Paralegal in the Debt & Asset Recovery team.
Mary Catherine has a wealth of experience in debt recovery and is involved in all aspects of recovery actions in the form of simple procedure claims, ordinary actions, summary cause heritable applications and sequestration petitions.
She has experience of advising on the wide range of enforcement actions that can be undertaken after a successful court action.
She is also experienced in registering and discharging Notices of Potential Liability for Costs (“NPLC”) and Inhibitions over properties for the firm’s factoring clients.
