Kirsty Watson

Kirsty is a solicitor who works across both our Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency teams.

Kirsty provides advice and assistance to both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of general corporate banking, investment finance and shipping finance transactions. She has experience in all forms of fixed and floating securities and guarantees and assists in drafting and updating standard form and bespoke lending, security and guarantee documentation for many lenders operating in the UK market.

As part of her restructuring & insolvency law practice, she assists Gordon Hollerin in advising administrators, liquidators and creditors on restructuring & insolvency processes.
