Kirsty is an Associate in our Banking & Finance team.
Kirsty advises lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of real estate finance, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, private placement, shipping finance and general corporate banking transactions. She has experience in all forms of fixed and floating securities and guarantees and drafting and negotiating lending and intercreditor documentation for many of the leading financial institutions and alternative lenders operating in the UK Market.
She is regularly involved in high-value transactions often with multi-jurisdictional elements and has also acted for a significant number of leading Scottish businesses in relation to their Banking & Finance requirements.
Kirsty also has substantial experience in relation to the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in the context of funding transactions.
