Keir Macintosh

Keir is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team.

He is involved in a range of corporate matters as well as advising on various commercial contracts. His experience includes working on investments, mergers and acquisitions and supplier agreements with businesses of all sizes – from start-ups to large international firms. Keir has particular interests in entrepreneurship, technology and the food & drink industry.

Alongside the LLB and Diploma, Keir also completed the MA in International Business at the University of Edinburgh. From his time at university, he has always had a strong focus on the commercial environment.
