OUR TEAM
Jean is a Senior Paralegal in our Shared Equity Team. She has extensive experience in relation to shared equity and multi-matter property transactions and, since 2007, has been a Team Leader in the delivery of OMSE, NSSE, Help to Buy (Scotland), First Home Fund and ASSEP shared equity schemes. Working closely with Partners, David McIndoe and Derek Hogg, Jean has been an integral part of our team and has been actively involved in the development and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s case management and reporting systems to effectively manage our legal supply, service delivery and ongoing management information.
Jean is a principal contact for Registered Social Landlords in the delivery of OMSE, NSSE, Help to Buy, First Home Fund and ASSEP shared equity schemes in relation to the procedures, completion of documentation and release of funding.
Having been involved in the development of all the shared equity schemes from the outset, Jean has a detailed understanding of all parts of the shared equity processes and delivers regular training and guidance to all Case Handlers to ensure adherence to timescales, Scottish Government policies and procedures.
