OUR TEAM
Haroon is a Trainee Solicitor in the firm’s Banking & Finance team. He supports the team in providing advice and assistance to both lenders and borrowers across a wide variety of corporate banking transactions. Haroon also has experience in reviewing and drafting standard form and bespoke lending, security and guarantee documentation for many lenders within the UK market.
As well as assisting the Banking team, Haroon also assists the Restructuring team in advising administers, liquidators and creditors on restructuring & Insolvency process.
Prior to joining the firm, Haroon completed his LLB and LLM in International Banking Law and Finance at the University of Edinburgh, following which he undertook his Diploma in Professional Practice at Strathclyde University.
