OUR TEAM
Findlay is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Based in the firm’s Edinburgh office he has assisted the team with both public and private sector clients in various matters including property, public sector and commercial disputes.
As part of his traineeship, he has also worked in both the Public Sector and Banking & Finance teams. During his time in our Public Sector team he assisted RSL clients on various property matters, including the drafting and organisation of exclusive occupancy agreements. Additionally, as a member of the Banking & Finance team, he was involved in the drafting of security documents for borrowers and lenders in both real estate finance and corporate banking matters.
Findlay completed both his LLB and Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow.
