Lindsay has a wide range of experience within private client having specialised in this area since 2009.   Lindsay advises on the preparation of wills, estate planning, succession planning for family businesses, executries (probate), trusts, inheritance tax and on adults with incapacity matters including powers of attorney and guardianships.

Lindsay has a particular interest in adults with incapacity law including guardianships, arts and culture matters in a private client context, and dealing with high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs and their families.

Lindsay is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), tutors on the University of Glasgow’s Diploma in Legal Practice and is a council member of The Royal Glasgow Institute of The Fine Arts.
