Susan is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist Paralegal in the Residential Property team based in Elgin.
Susan deals with all matters in relation to the sale and purchase of residential property including negotiating contacts, examining title deeds, preparing conveyancing documents and seeing transactions through to settlement. She is also experienced in dealing with transfers of title in matrimonial and executry cases.
