Sandy Fowler

Sandy is a Solicitor in the Planning & Environmental Team. He has experience in a range of planning matters, including the drafting of planning obligations (S.75 agreements) as well as their modification and discharge, responding to planning appeals, representation at public inquiries, and carrying out environmental due diligence in the form of title reports in relation to land.

Prior to joining the firm, Sandy completed his traineeship within the Highland Council’s Legal Department, working across the Planning, Litigation, Conveyancing and Licensing departments, gaining experience in a wide range of both transactional and advocacy work.
