OUR TEAM
Ross is a Trainee Solicitor within the Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team. Based in the firm’s Glasgow office he is assisting the team with public and regulatory law matters, including data protection, freedom of information, corporate governance and parliamentary affairs. Ross also advises the firm’s public, housing and third-sector clients in relation to corporate, regulatory, and public procurement issues.
As part of his traineeship, Ross has also worked within the firm’s Commercial Property and Debt & Asset Recovery teams. During his time in our Commercial Property team, Ross supported clients across a range of commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing matters. As a member of the firm’s Debt & Asset Recovery team, Ross was seconded to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, where he worked alongside the Policy and Development team.
Ross completed his Dual Qualifying Scottish and English Law LLB, and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee. Prior to joining Harper Macleod, Ross worked within the commercial litigation and dispute resolution sectors.
