Molly is a Solicitor in our Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team specialising in advising start-ups, entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses covering a range of corporate work from incorporation to exit including investments, due diligence, shareholders agreements, and restructures. Molly also advises on areas including share option agreements and share/asset purchase agreements.
