Matthew Macleod

Matthew is a Trainee Solicitor with the Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team, having joined the firm after completing his LLB at the University of Abertay, LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Dundee and Diploma at the University of Aberdeen. He is involved in advising entrepreneurs and high growth companies on a range of corporate matters including equity investments, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and disposals.
