Matthew Kay

Matthew is a solicitor in our Rural Team. He is involved in transactions relating to forestry, agriculture and estates. Hailing originally from Brontë Country in Yorkshire, Matthew has a firm understanding of the specific pressures and challenges that rural life generates.

Having completed his whole traineeship within the Rural Team, Matthew has gained experience across the entire spectrum of property work found within the rural environment.

Matthew has previously gained experience in the renewable energy industry and has a firm grasp of the importance of this sector and the role that it continues to play in the rural economy.
