Lucy Douglas

Lucy is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team. Based in our Edinburgh office, she assists the team supporting clients in both the public and private sector in various matters including public inquiries, public sector and commercial disputes.

Lucy has appeared in Sheriff Courts across the country and has instructed counsel in numerous High Court cases. During her traineeship, Lucy also worked in the Criminal Appeals department and assisted counsel in the High Court of Appeal and the Sheriff Appeal Court. Following her traineeship, Lucy briefly undertook contentious construction work where she assisted in high value adjudications and construction disputes more broadly.
