Caley provides advice and assistance to many Registered Social Landlords, local authorities and other public bodies in Scotland, primarily in relation to property and conveyancing work.
In addition to investigating property matters such as title queries for a number of public bodies, Caley produces title reports to clients for a variety of purposes and completes due diligence exercises when dealing with large-scale acquisitions.
Having previously worked in-house for a local authority for a number of years, Caley has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties as well as drafting commercial and residential leases, Deeds of Servitude and planning agreements. Caley also has residential conveyancing experience buying and selling homes both on behalf of individuals and on behalf of local authorities.
