Rona Cargill

Rona leads the firm’s HR, Learning & Development and Support Services teams.  She has overall responsibility for our People strategy and guides and manages the overall provision of HR services to the firm, including areas such as engagement, communication, reward and recognition, and employee relations.

She has a wide range of generalist human resource and training experience gained from over 20 years’ experience working in various sectors including hospitality, outsourced services to the Public Sector and professional practice.
