Ellen Francksen

Ellen is a senior solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. She provides advice and representation in a variety of civil and commercial matters with experience litigating in the First Tier Housing Tribunal, Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

Ellen’s caseload is varied but has a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes relating to commercial contracts, professional negligence, contentious executory disputes and complex debt recovery actions. She takes a commercial and efficient approach to managing disputes and provides pragmatic and tailored solutions to clients.
