Ellen Francksen

Ellen is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh, and acts in a range of litigations representing private and public sector clients in the Court of Session (both the Inner and Outer House), Sheriff Court and other dispute resolution settings.

Ellen’s caseload is varied but has a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes. Her practice spans commercial and consumer contracts, professional negligence, regulatory issues, statutory appeals and Judicial Review disputes. She takes a commercial and efficient approach to managing disputes and provides pragmatic and tailored solutions to clients.
