OUR TEAM
Ciaran is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team. He has assisted in a wide range of corporate and corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, joint ventures and partnership law.
Prior to joining Harper Macleod, he completed his LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow where he had a particular interest in Corporate, Financial and Capital Markets Law. He spent a year abroad at Ghent University in Belgium where he studied International Economic Law and Air and Space Law.
