Anna Jaconelli

Anna is a Trainee Solicitor within the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology team.

She works within our holistic brand protection service, which includes substantial domain name management, monitoring anti-counterfeiting and customs management services. Anna helps to manage brand rights portfolios and registers IP rights. In addition, she regularly assists on matters of aquaculture and marine technology – working with Norwegian established aquaculture sector leader with IP related matters. As regards copyright and related rights, she assists on matters in areas such as music, entertainment and publishing, including musical copyright take downs. She also participates in the drafting of commercial contracts such as supplier agreements and service agreements.
