Ann Gallagher

Ann specialises in real estate with a wide range of experience in rural, commercial and residential transactions across Scotland including acquisitions and disposals of rural and urban property; lease transactions; servitudes; security work and claw back agreements. She represents a wide range of clients from private individuals, companies, high street lenders to public sector clients.

Ann also has in depth knowledge and experience in land registration matters particularly in relation to voluntary registration and is a member of our Land Registration team.
