Roslyn MacDonald

Roslyn specialises in planning and environmental law, advising a range of clients including planning authorities, statutory consultees, developers, landowners, and objectors. Roslyn carries out a mix of advisory and transactional planning work.

Roslyn's advisory work includes providing advice on planning and environmental legislation, planning policy including development plans, planning enforcement matters, and planning appeals. She also advises on other matters connected to planning such as compulsory purchase and roads law. Roslyn's transactional work includes the drafting and negotiation of Planning Obligation agreements (formerly Section 75 Agreements) and other planning related legal agreements, carrying out planning due diligence for developers and funders, and assisting with planning elements of property and corporate transactions.
