Jenny's current caseload features several mid to high net worth divorce cases.  They include litigated and negotiated cases, the latter including cases where the collaborative practice has been adopted. She has several cases involving the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements and has seen an increase in the number of clients referred to her for these types of agreement.

She is described by sources in the 2018 edition of Chambers UK as particularly experienced in handling matrimonial finance cases arising from separations, often with business issues involved. Clients praise the level of service she delivers, describing it as "efficient, straightforward and uncomplicated".  She is also described in the 2017 edition as "a real source of knowledge and support on English law matters" and as "very clear-thinking and very good on financial provision" and in the 2016 edition as “gentle, patient and non-confrontational in a way that facilitates good outcomes”.
