Fiona specialises in debt recovery litigation and is involved in all aspects of recovery actions in the form of simple procedure claims, ordinary cause actions, commercial actions and summary applications. Fiona regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland in respect of defended actions for various clients. She also has experience of wide ranges of enforcement action that can be undertaken after a successful court action.

She has experience appearing on behalf of many housing associations in respect of raising and progressing court actions for recovery of possession. Fiona provides advice and assistance in relation to all aspects of recovery of possession. Fiona has particular experience in providing advice on how to deal with antisocial tenants; this includes but is not limited to antisocial behaviour orders, closure orders, interdicts and further alternative options to recovering possession of the property. Fiona has experience in dealing with high profile and sensitive cases which may involve media interest, providing advice and guidance for the most effective outcome.

Fiona is recommend on the Legal 500 UK listing for Debt Recovery and Housing and regularly provides training to a number of clients in relation to legislative updates and all areas of unsecured recovery.
