Kevin Bradley is a Solicitor in the Private Client team in our Inverness office. He advises clients on wills, estate and succession planning, the formation and operation of trusts, inheritance tax advice and the administration of executries. He also has considerable experience in advising charitable organisations and other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) on issues of governance and in providing professional advice at board-level on issues connected with institutional development and change in the not-for-profit sector.
Kevin is committed to providing quality support to our clients in Scotland while he also brings considerable experience of working internationally and has a particular interest in dealing with issues of an international nature. This may include matters as diverse as supporting trustees of an estate who need to gather assets located across the world, advising individuals who need lifetime and succession planning that is sensitive to the particular legal challenges an international life can bring, or helping charities achieve effective governance for their international humanitarian work in Africa, Asia or in other locations across the world.
