Kenneth Campbell

Kenneth Campbell is an experienced commercial litigator.  Before relocating back home to the Highlands Kenneth practiced in Edinburgh for 11 years.  Kenneth had an extensive Court of Session practice which was focussed on contractual disputes, corporate disputes and commercial property disputes.

Having relocated back to the Highlands in 2018 Kenneth’s practice is now wider and includes construction and non-commercial litigation.  As well as maintaining a commercial practice Kenneth continues to advise in professional negligence and reputation management matters.

A Gaelic speaker and a retired shinty player (although my stick is in the boot if anyone is short-handed…).
