Juan Carlos Garcia-Ferres

Juan Carlos works in our Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory team. He advises clients on complex, high value and high-profile projects within the public & private sector. He also assists on a variety of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, investments, group restructuring exercises.

Prior to joining the firm, Juan Carlos completed his traineeship at Glasgow City Council, Scotland’s largest local authority. Throughout his two years, he worked across the Property, Licensing, Corporate, and Litigation departments, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of both transactional and advocacy work.

Juan Carlos also co-heads the firm’s Spanish desk.
