OUR TEAM
Ben is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory team. He has experience working on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and business succession planning, and partnerships/LLPs. In addition to his Corporate/ M&A experience, Ben also assists our Commercial & Regulatory team working on commercial contracts, public inquiries and competition law. Whilst predominately based in our Inverness office in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Ben regularly spends time in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
As a former youth worker Ben enjoys participating in charitable initiatives, and has previously helped to raise money for several organisations through sponsored walks, sporting events and online fundraisers.
Prior to joining the firm, he completed his LLB at the University of Edinburgh and Diploma in Professional Practice at the University of Glasgow.
