Asbestos related lung cancer
Whilst mesothelioma is the most commonly associated asbestos cancer, it is not the only cancer caused by inhalation of asbestos fibres.
Statistics suggest that there are probably about as many asbestos related lung cancer deaths each year as there are mesothelioma deaths.
General lung cancer is sometimes trickier to link to asbestos fibres than if you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, especially if you are or were a smoker. However, there are certain characteristics that can be looked for within your medical records to strengthen the case for asbestos exposure.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with an asbestos related lung cancer you may be entitled to compensation.
Someone from our personal injury asbestos team will then contact you to discuss your case in more detail. We provide a No Win No Fee service where you keep 100% of your compensation.
