Rachel advises a range of clients including pubic bodies, local authorities and charities. She specialises in providing advice and assistance in relation to corporate structures, governance, compliance and regulatory issues, EU procurement, and charity law.
Rachel also has extensive experience advising in information law, including data protection and freedom of information. Rachel is experienced in drafting GDPR compliant policies, assisting clients with access to information requests and providing general advice on a range of queries relating to data protection issues including data security and management of data security breach incidents.
Rachel trained with the firm, and during her traineeship, she completed two secondments. Her first secondment was with a large public sector client of the firm and her second was with a financial services firm, providing Rachel with a practical knowledge of both public and private sector organisations.
