Paul Greenhill

Paul is dual-qualified in Scottish and English law, and specialises in real estate transactional work involving commercial properties in Scotland, England and Wales. He has a wide range of experience of commercial leasing of retail, office and industrial premises both north and south of the border and also represents property investors in purchases and sales of commercial properties.

Paul represents a large number of personal pensions administrators in sales, purchases, leases and loan transactions for their SIPP and SSAS clients, and has represented several pension funds in acquiring high value industrial and retail properties throughout Scotland, together with ongoing lease management transactions.

He has acted for a major call centre company in complex leasehold purchase transactions throughout England and Scotland, and has acted for several large retail clients in acquiring all of their leasehold portfolios throughout Scotland, England and Wales.

Paul recently acted for a venture capital company in the acquisition of properties from the administrators of a major restaurant chain, and for a major maritime services company in several large leasehold acquisitions across Scotland and England.

In addition, Paul acted for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games in documenting their transport and parking requirements. He has also represented Forestry Commission Scotland and other public bodies in a number of lease transactions.
