Pamela has significant experience in advising clients on wind and hydro energy developments and in the mineral extraction industry. She deals with the negotiation and settlement of contracts in relation to property and planning matters for the firm's renewable energy, mining, and waste management clients.
She has regularly been involved in the negotiation of Section 75 agreements on behalf of local authorities, developers and landowners, including the negotiation of multiparty bonding arrangements in respect of restoration obligations.
