Laura deals with a broad range of civil and commercial disputes and deals with a number of complex and high value litigated cases. As a member of our Court of Session team, she has experience of all aspects of court practice and procedure, regularly advising clients in matters relating to ordinary and commercial actions, personal injury, clinical negligence, judicial review and appeals to the Inner House. 

Laura advises and represents a wide range of private and public sector clients in cases involving general litigation, debt recovery and contractual disputes, including pursuing and defending actions for interim orders and interim diligence.  She has acted for a number of public agencies in pursuing statutory claims and debt recovery work, as well as actions for reduction in cases involving gratuitous alienations and unfair preferences.

In addition to Court of Session experience, Laura regularly represents clients at Sheriff Courts across Scotland.
