Laura-Anne provides advice and assistance to many Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), local authorities, charities and other public bodies in Scotland in connection with a wide array of property, regulatory and general advice matters. This includes site acquisition and disposal, large-scale security exercises, procurement, commercial contracts and litigation. She has a thorough and client-friendly approach to dealing with transactions.
Laura-Anne’s prior experience as a member of the committee of management of Clydebank Housing Association ensures that she has an in-depth understanding of the particular requirements of the sector and she provides her clients with practical advice in order to efficiently progress and resolve matters.
