Jennifer deals with a variety of civil and commercial matters and has experience in all aspects of court practice and procedure. Jennifer regularly advises and represents both private and public sector clients in contentious matters. Her experience incorporates assisting with public enquiries, hearings and litigation at the Sheriff Court. Jennifer regularly appears on behalf of clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. 

Jennifer provides advice in relation to commercial, contractual and property disputes including heritable actions for recovery (including from unlawful occupiers of land), recovery of arrears, debt recovery, summary applications, anti-social behaviour, general litigation, terms of missives, pursuing statutory, recovery of rent arrears and recovery of possession (including removal of unauthorised occupiers). Jennifer is also experienced in debt recovery matters and provides advice regarding the various forms of enforcement action that can be undertaken after a successful court action.

Jennifer has experience in managing complex cases, instructing Counsel, reviewing substantial volumes of documents and preparing reports on relevant facts and legal issues. Jennifer regularly assists with the preparation of high value complex litigations, arbitrations and hearings for the firms various clients and uses this experience to provide commercially focused tailored advice to clients.

Jennifer has a keen interest in Sports law and is Clerk to the Discipline Panel of European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) and assists with hearings for EPCR, 6Nations and Scottish Rugby Union
