Jennifer is an intellectual property and technology solicitor with a particular focus on brand rights, design rights, early stage business and commercial matters, including commercial contracts.
She has extensive experience of IP auditing, particularly under the IPO funded IP audit scheme. Jennifer has also dealt extensively with intellectual property matters pertaining to the public sector, particularly Crown Copyright matters, and stakeholder training.
Within her commercial work, she focuses on website terms, end user licensing arrangements, software and app development, and consumer contracting, alongside a significant general commercial practice.
Jennifer’s work is both contentious and non-contentious in nature. In the context of her contentious work she has dealt with a wide variety of trade mark and commercial contract disputes, including many matters which have particular reputational issues.
Jennifer advises and represents a broad client base including entrepreneurs, private companies and regulatory bodies, covering a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, food and drink, sports, technology, and healthcare.
