Jennifer Grosvenor

Jennifer provides advice on a wide range of contentious matters to commercial, private and public sector clients and assists clients at all stages of a dispute to achieve a positive and cost effective solution. She has experience of dealing in all stages of court actions and regularly appears on behalf of clients in sheriff courts throughout Scotland. In addition, Jennifer is able to advise clients on methods of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

She regularly acts for clients in relation to property disputes including access and neighbourhood disputes and also represents clients in the First Tier Tribunal for Scotland, Housing and Property Chamber in relation to recovery of possession of heritable property and related tenancy issues. She also has experience of advising clients on complex contractual and franchising disputes as well as advising on contentious executry matters.

Jennifer is able to advise clients on the most appropriate and cost effective enforcement and debt recovery action that can be adopted after a court order has been granted.

She is a Notary Public and also volunteers as a judge for the Donald Dewar Memorial Debating Tournament run by the Law Society of Scotland.
