Grant firmly believes that it is better, both in terms reducing damage to the family dynamic but also expense, that conflict should be minimised where possible. This can be explored with consideration of alternative forms of dispute resolution.

As a Collaborative Lawyer, Grant is able to offer an alternative form of dispute resolution working alongside other professionals to assist his clients resolving their differences with limited conflict and dignity. Collaborative Practice encourages individuals to identify their aims and actively participate in a positive outcome of their case.

In cases where circumstances dictate and Court action is necessary, Grant is an effective litigator. He has experience in appearing in Sheriff Courts throughout the North of Scotland and also working on cases in the Court of Session alongside Counsel.
