Frank has 41 years of experience in private client work and includes advising on Capital Taxes planning; the creation, administration and winding up of both family and charitable Trusts; Wills and succession, including executry administration and Legal Rights; AgeCare (work for older clients) including the granting and operation of financial and welfare Powers of Attorney and Financial and Welfare Guardianship; financial and investment advice and assistance; and Ante-nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.
Frank is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Trust Law and is a member of the Scottish Law Commission’s advisory panel on Trust Law.
