Elaine Russell

Elaine is an experienced Personal Injury lawyer who specialises in serious injury and fatal cases. She is an accredited specialist in Personal Injury with the Law Society of Scotland and holds senior litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

She has a broad portfolio of expertise and has dealt with high profile cases including the Nimrod aircrash in Afghanistan, the Tornado Moray Firth aircrash and representation of the victims and families involved in the Clutha Vaults helicopter crash.

Elaine has expertise and experience in road traffic accidents, workplace injuries and asbestos related disease cases throughout Scotland. Her team had a significant fatal damages judgement in the Court of Session and represented the family of an asbestos related disease victim who died as a result of mesothelioma.

She has been the Scottish representative for the brain injury charity Headway, the Spinal Injuries Association and held the post of Scottish regional coordinator for the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.

Elaine is passionate about client care and achieving justice for clients and their families.
